Daharra Strikes!
Since the Declaration of War, the combatants have been busy. Forces have gathered, from as close as the border villages to the garrisons of Hanover. Infantry tramping complete the music we hear with the bands playing, cavalry with the sound of shod horses striking, the creak and groan of limbers and wagons.
Dahara had recently lurched into conflict with warbirds sent out with messages for commanders to meet with the Ruling Council, the theocracy going over its strategic requirements........
The Kaiserliche Council of War settled on a candidate to chastise the Daharan forces.
Part of any campaign made cannot be let to drag on due to players being intransigent, you know, claiming loss of armies and capitol to be "mere flesh wounds" compared to the strength of thier egos. Whilst amusing in scripts, such missives do have work arounds.
Since we are borrowing several Theater of War ( tow ) techniques for the campaign, it makes sense for 'national will points ' to be used for this theater. Each square on the map's first eight rows from the left were given numerical values and the values totalled. Daharra's total of 63 points is slightly less than Konnigliche&Kaiserliche 's 66 points.
Lose territory, lose a battle you lose national will points. Run out of points, you have to sue for peace, a Treaty name is agreed upon, a province or partial province changes hands. Mechanistic, yes...but painfully obvious when you lose. Of course you can attempt negotiating at any time.

I look forward to the carnage that's sure to follow.
Barry, what a good idea. He (CiC) may wind up leading from the front.
