Daharran directs decision, Kaiserlicht in turmoil

 The government of Daharra outlined its stand for its actions on the new conflict. If you click, it should get big enough to read each page.

Received on behalf of the Ruling Council of Kaiserlicht the 7th day oy March 1802. Couriers have been sent to the Electors and the garrisons of the armed forces of Kaiserlicht.

The area of conflict is shown on the map, the upper sheets are Kaiserlicht and Konigliche, the lower maps are of Daharra. Campaign season will start in April, run real time unless accelerated by the players.  We are using most of the rules fr om Piquet's Theater of War. With modifications, alright!
