Fool me once, Part 1 Imagination campaign June 1803
Staying 'in character ' as Kardeef of Daharra, Roger repeated the old saying, " Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me."
Spokesman for Kardeef.
Evidently Col. Exorcisti's second incursion is not being waved off as a mistake by an overzealous border noble. Daharran army units on the Northern border have been told to prepare to march 'south' at a time to be determined.
Stock photo of an invasion of Daharra by the Colonel.
Will the wrath of Daharra's ruling class fall upon Fuddland?
Last excursion of the Daharran field forces, on a march to a series of bridges.
We will play and plot this afternoon, Barry and Greg as well as Roger have decisions to make. I merely have to host in 90 degree heat and keep my friends from heat exhaustion. One big electric fan, lots of ice water, an air conditioned house to fall back to.

Needed to put up someone with the proper level of credulity for the message. The actual declaration of war was presented today, in person but lacks a verified photo....so is it just imagination anyway?
Inside I had the Battle for Germany game set up for the Fulda Gap scenario and some maneuver work on the border areas of the three countries. As the guests arrived it was determined to start in the house. And there we stayed, fully occupied the afternoon. Inside with cool drinks and good friends.
So the Friday old guys played and lived to tell another day. Which is to say.....
Roger did present Barry a declaration of war, we checked that everyone had the rules for a military campaign and will therefore start a Theater of War game via email soon. And maybe video chat if we can all 'figure it out.'
Some humorous stories and some interesting developments occurred in the imagination campaign portion of the afternoon, sheep being used as collateral and a troupe of unfortunate entertainers, doors being opened to scenes of impropriety and shock.
I have at least two posts to write up this weekend, and I think you'll enjoy both.
Now off today to Tabletop Games, where I will see some epic scale pike and shot the staff there are working on.
So many games, so little time.
