Found the box I was looking for 1941 ear,y war German armor, also Hobby Lobby find snd a space photo

Hobby Lobby has a grass roll and a couple different sizes of mat with plastic grass.  That was the look in my local store. 31 March.

Meanwhile, , out of the time machine wot is my cellar.

Older kit's. 1/76 or 1/72 , basically painted in allyd based ppaiimt.  These are all pre 2000.

Some of these will mentioned in after action  reports as the units make it to an action.

Watch the 1941 battles in Russia. Wilno, Minsk and Baranowice are the areas next up , each bigger than the last battles.

Weird, I definitely commented on this earlier - a great find and love the early war tanks - looking forward to seeing them in action

I had been looking for the box the armor was stored in , happy to display. I agree with you ; personally I think the early war scenarios are, ore interesting, no sitting on a hill shooting everything in sight.

Keith, the same thing occurs when I try to note on you page. Google, must not be as all powerful as we thought. You should see the tanks in action as my 1941 campaign has AAR'S.

As the others have noted, early war armour really does look grand.
I like the ships in space effect of your recent plunge into photo editing.
I trust and presume that you bought all of those rolls of grass?!!
Best wishes, James

I did buy the two more grass mats i needed to cover my table.
The early ear armor will be up soon in AAR's. ]
I do enjoy the effect, especially with the ships, I think there is a way to weave some of the effect into battle reports.
You could probably use the mats for jungle islands in 1/600th scale?

Nice panzers, and I might take a look at those grass mats - might work with my Hawaiian project.

Dean, thank you. The mats are lush enough to represent bushes/crops if you cut them up, especially in 20mm to 28mm figure spell games.
