Not to be outdone by the infantry, the mounted arm , the cavalry brigade struts its stuff for review.

Similar in structure, each regiment has line squadrons and supporting units.

The supporting units include mmg units, artillery batteries and anti tank batteries.
In reviewing the details of the brigade, it's been determined that a lot of limbers are needed to show supporting assets in transit. Early War miniatures has a good selection of limbers and will be contacted soon.
Now I just need a good source for 20mm trucks suitable for the Poles and I will be set.

Stew, Ww2 but----I do plan on including some earlier outings, it is imaginations after all.
Jonathan, fewer sources than for tanks, but then I only need one.
Keith, thanks for reminding me, First to Fight indeed makes some trucks and the tractor used to be the artillery prime movers. I can handle assembly of 1/72 kits, or at least could.
Peter, sorry about the khaki. Cavalry played a significant role throughout the Second World War, on the Russian front, in khaki, feldgrau, and a greenish grey hue; Soviet, German and Italian units had horse Cavalry, but that's a different post.
Thanks everyone for your visits, there is one more 'see my old toys' entry on the Poles coming, but first back to imaginary 1803's unpleasantness, as Dahara, Fuddland and S'Gottland square off.
