Mid August progress check
I have glued almost all my Austrian line and Landwehr for the Bohemian project. Just the plastic cavalry to put together and some artillery to prime.
Started the AD1666 figures with about 10 (nearly 15%) getting a lick of paint.
Pulled out Silver Bayonet to get ready for Friday's game. Readying a new band. No new castings. Yet.
Played photographer with new terrain. Battlefields in a box.
Might be a story here?
You can see for a distance, but I have a bad feeling.....

In between the white hoard, of course!
Lawrence, you'll get several looks over the next few months. Also coming up, 96 or so Victrix Grenadiers.
Peter, all from the Perry plastic boxes: 2 boxes Hussars, 48 cav from the Kurassier/Dragoon/Cheveaux box.
And 16 metal Husars still unpainted from a Historicon far far away...
Dean, thanks....the gate is partially after your Egyptian project.
How do you like working with the plastic figures versus metal?
The plastic figures are very light in comparison to metal. Overall, plastic figures are less expensive.
They have their place, but one on one I prefer a metal casting. 'No assembly required' has a charm al its own.
