Your Highness your (Plate) ship(s) have come in! 1803 version
Eighteen ships laden with the treasures of the colonies set sail back in June. By July the fleet had passed the Cuban coast and stretched canvas in hope of catching the trade winds.
The journey was a three months long , with several storms scattering the fleet, causing time to spent forming back up the stragglers. Luckily no Hurricane was encountered directly, but two plate ships, the Virgin of the West and the Castellan's Daughter became separated from the fleet and are feared lost at sea.
The fleet had passed unscathed by pirates and other national fleets. Contact with the home fleet occurred in the last few days of September and port should be reached by the tenth day of October.
The amount of treasures conveyed by the fleet will allow all present spending and likely cause inflation to continue. All other countries on the continent will lose five percent of their National Will Point total due to the strain on the continental economy. ORBAJOSA is not affected by this as its economy absorbs the treasures from the fleet.
The game of passage was played out in September utilizing decision trees and dice rolling on a Friday session. Some times the Plate Fleet gets lucky.

Peter (Gonsalvo) was/ is the ruler of the Plate Fleet country. He now has the problem/opportunity to use the windfall, wisely.
The fleet avoided several major storms and half a dozen intercepting squadrons to make it home.
